FIT Payment Terms:
We require a deposit of 50 % per person plus higher deposits as required by suppliers. Some suppliers operating cruise and coach products may levy a higher deposit and require full payment on confirmation. On receipt we will make all reservations. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior arrival date.
Travel documents will be issued only after full payment is received.
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Group Payment Terms:
Alaska 4 Seasons LLC will submit a group proposal within 48 hours for your review.
Upon booking we will request a deposit of $ 500.00 per person. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice amount.
60 days prior travel date, final balance must be received by Alaska 4 Seasons LLC.
45 Days prior travel date, final rooming list is due.

FIT Cancellations / Amendments:
Once we confirm your booking and you make an amendment or cancellation, following charges will apply:
Prior 60 days - $ 100.00 per person
60 days prior departure - 50% of the entire booking
30 days prior departure - 75% of the entire booking
Within 30 days - 100% of the entire booking

Group Cancellations / Amendments:
Any time after invoicing Alaska 4 Seasons LLC will charge a $ 100.00 per person cancellation fee. Additional supplier cancellation fees may occur and will be invoiced if booking is cancelled.
60 days prior travel date - 50% of the entire booking is due
30 days prior travel date - 100% of the entire booking is due

Refund policy for FIT's and Group Tours:
All services are prepaid to the principal. For any refund requests Alaska 4 Seasons LLC must receive all refund requests within 30 days after completing travel.
Form of payment:
Reservations can be paid with agency check or  by wire transfer

Weather Conditions:
We and the air carrier are not responsible for any weather conditions, which can occur during your trip. The traveler will be responsible for any hotel / lodge reservation, if weather is the cause.
Responsibility:
Alaska 4 Seasons LLC has contracts with hoteliers, ground and air suppliers to provide the travel arrangements. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by carriers and other service providers. Alaska 4 Seasons LLC is not responsible for the supplier and their products. We are only arranging the tour itinerary. Alaska 4 Seasons LLC is not responsible for any claims, damages, error, injury, accident or expenses. By utilizing the travel services of such carriers or other service providers, you agree that Alaska 4 Seasons LLC shall not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civic disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
Alaska 4 Seasons LLC reserves the right to cancel any or all tours should conditions warrant. Alaska 4 Seasons LLC reserves the right to amend the cost of any holiday in this tour program in the event of air fare or land cost increase or other changes beyond our control.
